Yes, delivery is available across the UAE for 15 AED
Where is The Good Karma Co. based?The Good Karma Co. is now a UK based company, but our stock is locally held and distributed from Dubai to serve the region.

When will I receive my order?
Orders will take about 1 day to process, and between 2-4 days for delivery, depending on the region. Orders made over the weekend may take a little longer.
Can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order from our warehouse in Al Quoz, Dubai for free - just select pick up option, under the shipping page, upon checking out. You can collect your order Saturday - Thursday between 8am - 3pm.
Where is my order confirmation email?
Order confirmations will be sent to your email automatically, if this is not visible in your inbox please check your junk/spam mailbox.
Were possible we source as locally as we can and like to work with artisans here in Dubai for soaps, candles and fabric work. However there are items that can only be sourced from Asia in order to bring you an affordable price. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we bring you the highest quality and no packaging or plastic waste.

Where are the trees planted every month?
Each month we chose a different location around the world to plant trees based on your orders! We like to focus our tree planting in regions where it will have direct effect on local communities, providing education and longterm income. Do you have a physical shop?
No, we do not have a shop but you can pick up orders from our Al Quoz warehouse in Dubai.
